virtualbox passthrough CD-ROM IO error

Hi,

I have some problems using virtual IDE devices with passthrough at the
current virtualbox version.

The problem is fully described over here:

I also tested the virtualbox versions from virtualbox.org, the raring
deb Package, the Repo and the "All distributions" variant. It is the
same problem.
