My network adapter is configured to use NAT which works fine for my web
browser and aptitude has access to the repositories, so I'm assuming that
should work. I've also tried connecting to my server from another machine
and the connection was refused so the issue appears to be an authorization
issue on the server end. If I'm still unable to connect after editing
/etc/ssh/sshd_conf, I will try the bridged adapter.
Thank you for your suggestion,
Jeff

Hello,
I'm using VirtualBox 4.3.2 and am running Vinux 4 (based on Ubuntu
12.04) as my VM. I'm trying to connect to a server on my network
running Ubuntu Server 12.04 via ssh tunnel. Every time I attempt to
connect, the connection times out. Is there something I've missed with
my VM configuration?
Thanks,
Jeff
