Linux Host - Win2003Server32bits Guest - Gigalan not Work at full speed

Hi guys, here i'm again asking about Vbox and another type of guest.

At this time i installed a Windows 2003 Server 32bits on a Ubuntu Server
13.04 64Bits

Everything has working but i use a Gigalan NIC to get 1000mbps of speed.
The driver was installed successfully
without asking about drivers.
If i look at Network and see the speed of the NIC it show 1Gb. In the
network properties (advance config) there are only 5 choices about speed:

1. Auto
2. 10 half duplex
3. 10 full duplex
4. 100 half duplex
5. 100 full duplex

There is not a 1000 full duplex or 1000 half duplex.

When i copy and paste a file from my Host OS using samba i get only 9%
of the speed ( 90 mbps ).

I download a driver from www.intel.com and install it but i have the
same behaviour.
