Hi there,
This message is for the devs... I've been thinking about this for a while
and meant to send it since about a year ago, but now I saw the issue
resurface on a local Ubuntu mailing list and I think it's time to send it.
To the point: I think the wording "USB Filter" is utterly confusing. VBox
uses it in the context of selecting which USB devices on the host are
mapped to the guest VM.
But "Filter" means another thing. To filter something is to LEAVE OUT no to
LEAVE IN.
So you don't "filter" a device to add it, you "filter" it to leave it out.
In other words, shouldn't the USB Filter screen be really called "USB
device selection" screen/dialog ?
